How do I become a member?
You are eligible to become a member if:
- You have been treated for a heart attack, had cardiac surgery, had coronary intervention (e.g. angioplasty) or heart failure and completed a Cardiac Rehabilitation Course. Or if you are at risk of Heart Disease, you are able to join under the Keep well Scheme.
- You can request a referral from your GP, Cardiologist with a view to joining if you have moved into the catchment area and had a heart attack or heart surgery at another hospital elsewhere. If you are looking to join the Keep Well Scheme, you can request a Self Referral Form from us.
- If you wish to bring a partner they must either have completed the cardiac rehabilitation course with you (if applicable) or they can complete a Self Referral Form.
How much does it cost?
Subscriptions & Fees:
Annual Membership – £20.00
Exercise Session Fee – £5.00
Car Park Fob Fee – £15.00

How do I book a class?
Classes can be booked via telephone or email, details of these are at the bottom of this page, payment will need to be made in advance.
Do I need to sign a disclaimer before my first visit?
Yes.
All members attending the Club for a live class MUST complete a Covid 19 disclaimer prior to their first visit. This disclaimer must be adhered to at all times.

How do I join the Keep Well Scheme?
Joining the keep well scheme is easy, just download and complete our Self Referral Form and return it to us and we will book you in for your initial assessment to get started.
